Term

12 calendar months from payment. No automatic renewal. You choose whether to renew.

Adults

Up to six accepted adult accounts, including the owner. Children don't need accounts.

Account and access

Family Inbox has its own account. Paid access starts only after our server confirms payment; a Whop login or membership alone never unlocks Family Inbox. Whether Whop checkout can be completed without creating a Whop account still needs a sandbox confirmation.

Processing credits

150 processing credits shared by the household in each monthly allowance period, starting from your purchase date. No rollover, no per-member multiplication, no overage charges.

What uses a credit

One credit = one pasted message, one non-empty email body, one image, or one PDF page. A notice with no dates or tasks found still uses its credits, because it was processed successfully. Failed processing, exact duplicates and system retries never use credits.

No processing credits needed

Manual edits, approvals, completing items, plan views, search, checklists, weekly reviews and CSV/print exports. If scheduled reminders or weekly digest email are enabled, they also use no processing credits.

Free trial

5 credits for 7 days, no card. One trial per verified adult. Available when new household signup opens.

Renewal

Available in the last 30 days of access or after it ends. You start it yourself.

Refunds (draft)

Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. A refunded term loses paid access. This policy is a draft pending operator approval.

When access ends

New imports and edits stop. You keep read-only access and export. Planned: household records are deleted 90 days after access ends; this automatic deletion is not running yet.

Original files

Policy: raw originals and full extracted text are removed 30 days after import. Automatic removal is planned and not yet enforced; you can delete a notice yourself at any time. Approved items and short supporting quotes stay for the life of your plan.
